OPEN POSITION- CALL CENTER MANAGER
Call Center Manager
Our client is looking for a Call Center Manager to join their team. This position will lead a team of supervisors and dispatchers whose priority is getting the right field employee to the customer site.
Areas of focus include:
- Coach and develop supervisors to train their dispatchers to assign daily routes to field employees and keep customers informed of field employees arrival time
- Resolve escalated customer service issues
- Communicate daily with field managers and executive management
- Ensure monthly and annual goals are achieved
Requirements include three to five years of contact center or call center management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, and other related fields is desired.
