Regional Sales Trainer

We work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. We are working with a growing residential roofing company that is growing like crazy.
Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Trainer to coach and develop a team of in-home sales professionals. This position will focus on recruiting/onboarding, employee engagement & retention, and achieving revenue goals.
Areas of focus include:
Preferred experience includes a minimum of five years of sales management experience in a residential service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation or catastrophe, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fields is desired.
Salary is competitive and based on experience. Compensation includes bonus incentives, medical insurance including health and dental, 401K, paid vacation, and more!

- Train your residential sales team on sales processes to ensure consistency.
- Drive measurable sales improvement through coaching and training.
- Establish and track your team’s KPIs.
- Partner with other regional sales trainers to facilitate classroom training as needed.
- Analyze individual and team sales metrics to determine areas of training need.
