OPEN POSITION: VA ATTORNEY
VA Attorney
Morgan Tanner & Associates focuses on connecting great people to great opportunities in the service industry. Typically, we work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. For this position, we are working with a growing law firm in South Florida that is growing like crazy.
Our client is seeking a Veteran’s Affairs Attorney to join their team. You will represent clients in their most challenging times and help them get their due benefits. This is an on-site position located in Stuart, FL.
Areas of focus include:
- Working with clients whose claims has been disputed by the VA Department
- Intake of client information and determining steps necessary to prepare for the hearing process
- Manage claims and deadlines independently to ensure timely resolutions
- Review and analyze records and reports
- Client care and service
- Proficient in determining the necessary steps to navigate the process
Preferred experience includes at least five years working as an accredited Veterans Affairs Attorney, leadership and communication skills, and a focus on growing your client base.
