We are working with a residential service franchise company growing rapidly in the Midwest.
Our client is looking for a Director of Restoration to grow the restoration segment of the business. You will work with branch managers and their teams to identify and capture leads, assist in hiring restoration managers & their teams, and ensure certifications are obtained.
Areas of focus include:
Full P&L responsibility for the restoration division
Identify and approve equipment purchases
Develop plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of the division
Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques
Recruit management, sales, and service teams using active recruiting methods
Coach and develop teams using hands-on training methods
Monitor and review performance standards weekly
Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
Work as a liaison with various home office representatives
Create goals and objectives for the management team to assume added responsibility
Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
Requirements include a minimum of five years’ Region or General Management experience in the restoration/mitigation industry is desired.
