Our client seeks an Estate & Trust Attorney to join their team. You will represent clients in their most challenging times and help them get their due benefits. This is an on-site position located in Stuart, FL.

- Help clients create legal strategies to manage their assets and plan for inheritance
- Intake of client information and present course of action
- Manage estate planning, including probate, taxes, and beneficiaries
- Review and analyze records and reports
- Client care and service
- Proficient in determining the necessary steps to navigate the process
