Sales Representative
We are working with a regional home services company that is growing leaps and bounds to recruit a hiring manager for their Baltimore, MD market. Ideal candidates will use their experience in the service industry to recruit and hire a team of sales and service representatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop staffing goals with company leaders
- Identify active recruiting sources and implement marketing strategies
- Own interview process from start to finish including coordinating day in the life interviews
- Complete pre-employment processes
- Onboard new employees and be their go-to person while in training
Qualifications
- Three to five years management/recruitment experience in a service related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, and other related fields
