We network with potential candidates in your industry to connect you with the right person who will hit the ground running on day one. Our searches are always confidential. We start by sending you quality candidates to review. Next, we discuss which ones you'd like to move forward with and then schedule interviews for you. Once interviews are complete, we'll gather feedback from you and the candidates to see if we have the right fit! We take a lot of the stress (and time) out of filling your positions. We value communication so throughout the process there will be lots of it.
How long does it usually take to find a person to fill an open position?
Time to fill a position depends on a variety of things. We begin your search quickly and work diligently to find the best candidates in a timeframe that works for you.
What do your services cost?
Our pricing reflects the size and scale of your project/search. Please email us at info@morgantanner.net to learn more and get an estimate. Our work is done through a contingent search; you don't pay anything until you hire someone.
I received a resume six months ago from Morgan Tanner and Associates, but didn't hire the person. Now, I'm ready to hire them. Do I owe a fee to the recruiter?
Yes, a fee would be owed since the recruiter presented the candidate.
