Our client is committed to training their team and is hiring a Technical Manager to develop their team of residential service technicians and plumbers. You will develop a curriculum for classroom training, facilitate classroom training, create a checklist for on-the-job training, and ensure the future of plumbing is trained accurately with a focus on safety. This is a perfect role for someone who has been successful in service plumbing and is ready to pass their knowledge on.
