Head of Plumbing

We work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. We are working with a growing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical residential service company that is growing like crazy.
Our client is committed to growing their service plumbing business and is hiring a regional operations manager for their market. You will work with 3-5 branches to identify additional services to provide, create processes and workflows for those services, and train management and field technicians to offer to their customers. You will develop and track KPIs and ensure revenue and profit goals are achieved.
We are looking for a general/regional manager with experience leading residential service companies.
