OPEN POSITION: OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Outside Sales Representative
Morgan Tanner & Associates focuses on connecting great people to great opportunities in the service industry. We work with route-based, restoration, and emergency services companies nationwide to recruit management and sales representatives. We are working with a business-to-business company with locations nationwide to find a top-notch outside sales/account manager.
In this role, you will both hunt and farm, build relationships with existing customers, negotiate contract renewals, and add new customers to your book of business.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect for new clients using a variety of methods including cold calls
- Develop plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of your territory
- Build relationships with current customers and further grow accounts
- Negotiate contract renewals
- Work with the service team to address customer concerns or service issues
- Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
Requirements include: a minimum of three years’ of outside sales ideally in business-to-business or related fields.
