Our client is looking for a Fleet Manager to join their team in their Phoenix, AZ market. This position will focus on managing the fleet and safety of the market.
Areas of focus include:
Requirements include a minimum five years’ fleet management experience preferably in the residential or commercial service industry.
Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Salary also includes bonus incentives, medical insurance, car and gas allowance, and a great place to work!

Areas of focus include:
- Track and facilitate routine maintenance and repair with fleet vehicles
- Streamline fleet maintenance program
- Respond to unforeseen vehicle breakdowns and set up repairs to avoid downtime to field staff.
- Coordinate bringing new fleet vehicles from point of purchase to upfit and wrap to deployment in the field
- Assess, create, and implement safety procedures
- Train to prevent injury and non-injury accidents
- Increase safety awareness throughout the company
