Our client is looking for an HVAC Manager to join their team. This position will focus on teaching and coaching HVAC techniques to service technicians and oversee and manage your team of technicians.
Areas of focus include:
Requirements include five years’ Service HVAC with supervision experience.

- Ensure state licensing guidelines are adhered to

- Conduct worksite reviews to ensure safety practices are followed
- Address customer issues/callbacks
