Our client is looking for an HVAC Service Operations Manager to lead their team in their Portland, OR market. This position will focus on growing sales and profits while developing a team and service & sales professionals.

- Mentor supervisors and HVAC technicians and installers to continue their professional development
- Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams
- Ensure state licensing guidelines are adhered to
- Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved for your team
- Conduct worksite reviews to ensure safety practices are followed
- Address customer issues/callbacks
