Morgan Tanner & Associates is working with a nationwide manufacturing company based in
Salt Lake City, UT to find their next Marketing Leader.
We are looking for a self-starter to take on this role. This is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of B2B marketing while working for a well-known organization.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will support the Sales Department in coordinating and executing marketing projects including but not limited to:
- plan and manage product promotions to ensure success
- oversee the execution of marketing (e-mail, direct mail, social media, etc.)
- oversee customer service department and marketing assistant
- work with vendors on quotes, products, pricing, etc.
- update and maintain e-commerce website
- communicate with customers on product/marketing requests
- research and qualify leads for sales team
- create presentations and other marketing materials as necessary
- support sales staff with customer requests
- manage licensing and brand awareness programs
- analyzing and reporting on product promotions
- budget marketing expenditures
- collaborate with staff on promotional and marketing ideas
- work closely with President, IT and Manufacturing to ensure sales and margin growth
This position will provide exposure to many aspects of marketing including practical work experience in the marketing field.
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, advertising, public relations or similar field
- Understanding the basic principles of public relations and/or marketing
- Must be computer literate (working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel, e-mail)
- Website management /e-commerce site experience is a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- 3-5 years work experience preferred
