Our client is looking for a Sales Estimator to join their team in the Philadelphia, PA market. This position will estimate mitigation and reconstruction projects, work closely with insurance adjusters and property owners and build long-term relationships with insurance adjustors.
Areas of focus include:
- Review project and determine scope of work to be completed
- Prepare estimate using Xactimate
- Maintain good communication and coordinates work schedule with operations personnel until completion of project
- Communicate with adjustors and customers throughout projects and ensure all payments are received
- Prepare weekly status reports and updates
Requirements include proficiency with Xactimate, knowledge of building and construction including materials and methods needed to complete project successfully, and able to make decisions and communicate effectively.
